Delivery Information

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt.

Economy delivery: (US only) free delivery on orders above over $100.

Any size any weight any number of items. Courier: Hermes, 3-5 days in transit. Tracking number is available.

Standard delivery: (US and Worldwide) free delivery on orders above $100.00.

Small items (within US): Priority Mail 1st class recorded, (1-2 working days).

Small items (outside of US): Air Mail Small Parcels,  5-20 working days, no Tracking Number.

Heavy items (within US): UPS standard (or InterLink) next working day.

Expedited International Delivery: cost depends on total weight.

Any items, 3~6 working days, door-to-door service.

International T&S (Royal Mail): cost depends on total weight.

5-20 working days, with tracking Number.

Contact us immediately if your order does not arrive . We'll try to see what happened to your order and rectify the problem ASAP. Sorry, but we cannot replace missing orders that are received by someone else on your behalf.
